By using the Service, you grant Agnost Tech Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company's name and logo in our marketing, promotional materials, and customer lists (including on our website, pitch materials, and case studies) to indicate that you are a user or customer of the Service. You may opt out of this usage at any time by contacting us in writing at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure material violations where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any data you upload or store in the Service. Agnost Tech Inc. is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data. We recommend you maintain independent backups of all important data.

AGNOST TECH INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGNOST TECH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF AGNOST TECH INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT. AGNOST TECH INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AGNOST TECH INC. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM, OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agnost Tech Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law, or (d) your User Content or infringement of third-party rights.
Agnost Tech Inc. may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service following notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
