This Privacy Policy explains how Agnost Tech Inc. ("Agnost," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use agnost.ai, app.agnost.ai, docs.agnost.ai, the hosted Agnost Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and other Agnost-operated sites and services (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

Account and contact information. When you create or use an account, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, organization membership, and related authentication information from Google.

AI Agent and Customer Telemetry. The Service processes the information customers choose to send for analytics and observability. This may include user prompts, agent outputs, conversation transcripts, tool calls and results, errors, model and latency information, user or session identifiers, organization metadata, and other event metadata. Customers control what telemetry they send and should redact, pseudonymize, or omit secrets, regulated data, and unnecessary personal information before ingestion.

MCP and Connected AI Clients. When you connect the hosted Agnost MCP server to an AI client, we process authorization information, MCP requests, tool inputs, and the Agnost organization data needed to fulfill each request. Tool results are returned to the AI client you selected. That client provider may separately process or retain the requests and results under its own terms and privacy policy.

Website and technical information. We and service providers acting on our behalf may collect IP address, browser and device information, cookies, usage events, and diagnostic or security logs when you visit or use the Service.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, authenticate, and secure the Service
  • Process customer telemetry and return analytics, classifications, and MCP tool results requested by authorized users
  • Troubleshoot errors, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support
  • Understand usage and improve the Service
  • Communicate about accounts, product updates, support, and marketing where permitted by law

How We Share Information

We may share information with cloud hosting, database, authentication, analytics, monitoring, communications, and support providers that process it on our behalf; with an organization or connected AI client when an authorized user requests that data through the Service; when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not disclose one customer's telemetry to another customer unless the customer directs us to do so.

Data Retention

We retain account information and customer telemetry according to the applicable plan, account settings, and as needed to provide the Service. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and customers remain responsible for deciding what telemetry to send to Agnost.

Privacy and Cookies

We and service providers acting on our behalf may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, understand website use, measure marketing, and remember user preferences.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email.
